OUR TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
Reservation
A deposit of 45% is required at the time of booking a safari more
than 60 days to the date and balance is payable 35 days before the
tour begins. Any safari booked within 60 days to the date will require
a deposit of 75% and balance payable 35 days before the tour begins.
Payment in full is required when
bookings are made within 45 days of departure date.
Cancellation
All Cancellations received by Wild Comfort Safaris 45 days
prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 45% of the
total safari cost. Cancellation received less than 45 days prior to departure
will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
44 - 30 days 55% of the tour cost
29 - 15 days 60% of the tour cost
14 - 0 days 100% of the tour cost
Rates
Include all expenses in respect of transportation and driver-guide
services as per the itinerary, all meals on safari and park fees to
National Parks and Game Reserves.
Transportation
4x4 cruisers or minivans with pop-up roofs are provided according
to the route and number of clients. Wild Comfort Safaris reserves
the right to take up the services of sub-contractors. English speaking
driver-guides are provided while multilingual ones are assigned as
required for safaris. All our safari vehicles are equipped with two
way UHF radio and a mobile phone.
Accommodation
Based on two persons sharing a twin room or tent. Where possible rooms
with private bath are provided. Single rooms are available at an additional
cost but cannot be guaranteed. Hotel or Lodges are indicated on the
itineraries are the priorities while other options can be booked without
compromising the quality or standards.
Alteration to tours
Wild Comfort Safaris reserves the right to alter arrangement
or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate.
Prices are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time
of printing and are subject to change without notice.
Liability
Wild Comfort Safaris and its agents act only as agents of the
passenger in all matters relating to hotel and lodge accommodation,
tours, transport, internal flights etc and shall not be liable for
injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner.
The Company's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle is
governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place
and no other country. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of
the courts of the country in which the action arises. The Company
reserves the right to allocate sub-contractors for all or part of
the services.
