Our transport department operates on 24hrs basis with a two way UHF radio and mobile phones for communicating with our driver-guides while on safari. Our Products These itineraries are planned and designed with all our clients in mind i.e. individuals, families, church groups, incentives and conferences for Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zanzibar and Rwanda catering for road and air safaris. Our products caters for all categories, both on budget and luxury safaris. We also have that special client in mind where we tailor-make their itinerary as per their request. Accommodation on Safaris We only use carefully selected properties in cities, safaris and beach e.g. Serena Lodges & Hotels, Sarova Hotels, Sopa Hotels & Lodges, Wilderness Lodges and Musiara properties for most of our safaris. Any other property used is within the same range of excellence as those given above. Transportation Guaranteed window seats for all of our clients are available whether using a 4x4 cruiser or a minivan with pop-up roof top. All our vehicles are fitted with a two way UHF radio, mobile phone, cooler box, and a first-Aid Kit. We have a dealer trained mechanics who maintains our vehicles in excellent conditions. Experienced Staff All our staff are well trained with great experience in the tourism industry. Our driver-guides have skills on wildlife, birdlife, historical & geographical features plus tribal customs of different tribes. We strongly believe in continuous training and that is the reason why we have in-house trainers to cater for these different needs as they arise. Customer Care Our clients are met by a Rep on arrival and all movements monitored on safari; and on the last day, a Wild Comfort Safaris Rep is there to see them off at the airport. Our emphasis is on the customer and customer care is our driving force.
